Artwork Inspired By Nature

Art inspired by nature, connected to place and created on Irish Linen by Irish Artist, Ruth Osborne, in County Down, Northern Ireland. Each piece is created using printmaking processes, locally and sustainably foraged natural dyes, and Earth pigments, to create truly unique textile artworks.

I am inspired by the landscape and flora of Ireland, the changing seasons, Irish Folklore and heritage. My work combines printed, painted elements, natural dyes and pigments, to capture a feeling of the wildness and beauty of natural world.
