Nurture is an original textile artwork created on Irish Linen. The wreath or nest motif, in its circular form, represents the cyclical rhythms in nature; the nurturing of one season to the next. The reference through shape and texture to nests evokes a sense of safety, reassurance and nurturing. The colour palette of Burnt Sienna and rich Ochre is punctuated with highlights of Prussian Blue.
